A fire broke out on Thursday at the Maha Kumbh Mela site in Prayagraj, burning at least 15 tents, though authorities confirmed there were no casualties or injuries. The fire occurred near Chamanganj Chowki outside Sector 22 of the sprawling religious gathering area.

In the early hours of Sunday, a collision between two goods trains near Onda station resulted in the derailment of 12 wagons. Fortunately, no casualties were reported in the incident, although one of the train drivers sustained minor injuries.The exact cause of the accident is yet to be determined, and railway officials are currently investigating the incident.
