Speaking at the ‘Kathale Kul (Clan) Sammelan’ in Nagpur, Bhagwat emphasized the integral role of families, or "kutumb," in sustaining society. He referred to Loksankhya Shastra, a science of population, which indicates that a population growth rate below 2.1 would lead to societal decline.
