The Supreme Court has issued contempt notices to National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) members in connection with the Finolex Cables case, questioning the integrity of the NCLAT bench's actions. The court also set aside a recent judgment and directed the case to be heard by NCLAT Chairperson Justice Ashok Bhushan.
