The ceremony witnessed the presence of several foreign dignitaries. Among them were the President of Maldives, Mohamed Muizzu, Prime Minister of Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina, Vice-President of Seychelles, Ahmed Afif, and Prime Minister of Mauritius, Pravind Kumar Jugnauth.
