He holds an M Phil in Defence and Management Studies, along with two Master’s Degrees in Strategic Studies and Military Science.
  2. Commission and Service: He was commissioned into the Infantry (Jammu & Kashmir Rifles) of the Indian Army on December 15, 1984, marking the beginning of a distinguished military career.
  3. Roles and Commands: Throughout his service, Lt Gen Dwivedi has held various crucial positions, including Command of Regiments (18 Jammu and Kashmir Rifles), Brigade (26 Sector Assam Rifles), Inspector General of Assam Rifles (East), and 9 Corps.
  4. Leadership Positions: In the rank of Lt Gen, he has served as the Director General Infantry and General Officer Commanding in Chief at the Headquarters Northern Command from 2022-2024, showcasing his leadership capabilities and strategic acumen.
