  2. Commission and Service: He was commissioned into the Infantry (Jammu & Kashmir Rifles) of the Indian Army on December 15, 1984, marking the beginning of a distinguished military career.
  3. Roles and Commands: Throughout his service, Lt Gen Dwivedi has held various crucial positions, including Command of Regiments (18 Jammu and Kashmir Rifles), Brigade (26 Sector Assam Rifles), Inspector General of Assam Rifles (East), and 9 Corps.
