Aditya Mandan is not just another para-powerlifter who has won several awards at the district, state, and national level. He is a symbol of grit, determination, and inspiration. Despite being born with spina bifida myelomeningocele, which has left him paralyzed below the waist, Aditya has refused to let his medical condition dictate the course of his life. Instead, he has embraced his disability and used it as a strength to inspire others to overcome their own limitations and reach for the stars.

Aditya’s struggle began at birth itself, as he was diagnosed with Spina Bifida Myelomeningocele shortly after birth. The condition meant that he was paralyzed below the waist and had to use a wheelchair to move around. However, Aditya was determined not to let his disability hold him back..

Aditya was always into fitness and started exercising, initially at home, at an early age of 16 years. However, it was not until he reached his second half of 30s when he discovered his passion for para-powerlifting while testing his limits in the gym and ending up bench pressing 100kgs. It was at this point he became serious about pursuing para-powerlifting and found his first Guru in Darekar Sir under whom he began training rigorously and soon entered his first para-powerlifting competition. To everyone’s surprise, he won the gold medal in his weight category. This was just the beginning of a long and illustrious career in para-powerlifting.

Over the next year, Aditya won several awards and accolades in para-powerlifting. He competed at the district, state, and national level and has won medals in each of these competitions. What’s remarkable is that he has even competed against able-bodied athletes and has emerged victorious. This is a testament to his sheer willpower and determination.

However, Aditya is much more than just a para-powerlifter. He is also a certified fitness trainer and nutrition consultant, and he uses his expertise to help others achieve their fitness goals. As the CEO and Founder of Strentor, he has a vision to promote strength from all perspectives – physical, mental, and emotional. Strentor is his online initiative through which he provides fitness and nutritional guidance to people, while also motivating and inspiring them to go beyond their limitations.

Aditya’s journey has not been easy, but he has faced every challenge with a positive attitude and a never-say-die spirit. He believes that his disability is not a limitation, but an opportunity to inspire others. He has always been vocal about the need to create a more inclusive society that accepts people with disabilities without any bias or discrimination. His message is clear – “Do not focus on your disability, rather focus on your abilities.”

Besides working on his initiative Strentor, Aditya is also a full-time corporate employee, part-time poet, and a singer (who sings rarely and only when he is alone). Whenever he is not working for his full time job, he is busy creating content for Strentor. Aditya believes that everyone has the potential to achieve greatness, regardless of their background or circumstances. He encourages people to pursue their passions and to never give up on their dreams.

Aditya’s story is an inspiration to millions of people around the world. He has shown that a person’s physical or mental disability need not be a barrier to success and that anyone can achieve their goals with hard work, determination, and a positive attitude. His message is particularly relevant in today’s world, where people face many challenges and uncertainties, and give up on their dreams and passions. Aditya’s story reminds us that no matter what life throws at us, we can always rise above it and emerge stronger.
